In my search for natural, pesticide-free foods, I discovered the BAC Micro Algae Complex. BAC-F3 is like brushing your teeth, just part of everyday life. I personally take 2 capsules in the morning with two glasses of water and repeat the same in the evening before going to bed. Very simple ;-)

I did the Enlightened Warrior training in 2011 in Malaysia, my Warrior name is "BoldEagle". I am currently in charge of these topics alone; this is my personal blog.
